At Savvy Homes, safety and quality management are our priority. We have chosen to use Sitebook, a paperless and easy-to-use mobile app to manage our site safety requirements.

 

Sitebook is a system that will allow:

-        Attendance and site inductions to be tracked using a quick and easy QR-Code check-in.

-        Workers to be up-to-date with cloud access to the latest plans and specs.  

-        Site Supervisors to monitor compliance and contractor safety.

-        Access to quality and safety management checklists.

The app will be rolled out in stages with the first stage requiring all contractors and subcontractors to complete a Pre-qualification process. After this initial stage, trades will be allocated to specific projects, where they will be able to easily access site induction information, plans and spec documentation and upload applicable safety information and SWMS, in line with government legislation.

SITEBOOK - PREQUALIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS

All contractors are required to login to Sitebook and update/upload required company details as mandated by the VBA and WorkSafe Victoria.

  1. Click on the unique link in the prequalification email (see screenshot below). Please note: this email should not be forwarded on to anyone else, as it will contain your sign-in details.

  1. The link will take you to the Pre-Qualification Summary page (See example below). Items highlighted in red require updating. You can use the ‘View or Fix’ button to provide details or use the ‘Leave a Note’ option if you have any issues or the item listed does not apply to your business.

  1. Please check each section of the Pre-Qualification Information: Business details; Trade/Service provided; Contractors Licence; Workers Insurance; Liability Insurance; and Sub-contractor Agreement. Some information has been pre-populated by Nicki, please check and update details if required.

  2. Once you have checked/updated all sections, select the Finish section. If any warnings are highlighted in red, use the ‘View or Fix’ button to provide details or use the ‘Leave a Note’ option if you have any issues or the item listed does not apply to your business.

  3. When you have finished Pre-Qualification, please click the ‘Submit For Review’ button.
